The project story
This Manayunk rowhome had peeling paint and weathered trim after years of sun and rain exposure on its steep hillside lot. We scraped and sanded failing areas, made minor wood repairs, caulked gaps, and applied a durable, fade-resistant finish in a rich modern color the owners chose.
Scope of work
- Full exterior siding, trim, and front facade
- Scrape, sand, and spot-prime bare wood
- Caulk seams and window perimeters
- Two finish coats on all surfaces
